1. Processing & Production Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & 3D Printed Items: Hand-created, fabricated, and dispatched in approximately 7–14 business days (specific times are noted on individual product pages).

  • Custom Commissions: Timelines vary based on the complexity of the project. We will confirm an estimated timeline with you prior to starting production.

2. Packaging Every artwork and 3D printed item is carefully hand-packed in reinforced, corner-guarded, and highly protective packaging designed specifically to safeguard fragile goods during transit.

3. Delivery Estimates (Post-Dispatch)

  • Within India: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination pin code.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on the destination, size, and volumetric weight of your order. Any active free-shipping promotions will be explicitly stated on the website.

5. Transfer of Risk & Transit Liability As outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy, all purchases from Kalaadhara are made pursuant to a shipment contract (FOB Origin). The risk of loss, damage, and title for such items passes to you upon our handover of the package to the shipping carrier. Kalaadhara is not liable for any breakages, damages, or losses that occur while the item is in the possession of the courier. Any claims for transit damage must be filed directly by the customer with the respective shipping carrier.

6. Delays We are not legally or financially liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs clearances, adverse weather conditions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships to monitor its progress.

7. International Duties & Taxes (DDU) For international orders, Kalaadhara ships on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs duties, import taxes, clearing fees, or any other local charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our item prices or shipping charges. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the parcel being abandoned or returned, and your order will be forfeit without refund.
