How long will my order take?
Pieces that are in stock ship in 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and 3D-printed pieces take about 7–14 business days to make. After dispatch, delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹450 and above. Below that it is a flat ₹49. We currently deliver across India.
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but not identical. Hand-painted pieces vary a little in colour and brushwork, and 3D-printed pieces show fine layer lines. That is part of how they are made, not a defect.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Every piece is made to order, so we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. Please check the size and details before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure about anything.
Can you make a custom painting, portrait or idol?
Yes. Send us a photo or your idea on WhatsApp or through the custom orders page. We confirm the size, timeline and price with you before any work starts.
How do I look after my piece?
Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the colours bright.
