Welcome to Kalaadhara. By accessing this website (kalaadhara.com) and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These terms, governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, govern Kalaadhara's relationship with you in relation to this website.

1. Intellectual Property & Artistic Integrity

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and 3D printing blueprints—is the exclusive property of Kalaadhara or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Army Bhanderi, as the founder and lead artist, retains all moral and commercial copyrights to the sold artwork and digital assets. Reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Descriptions & 3D Printed Articles

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of Oil Paintings, Tanjore Art, Crochet, and the variable nature of 3D printing filament deposition, Kalaadhara does not warrant that product descriptions, dimensions, colors, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

EXPRESS DISCLAIMER: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kalaadhara, its founder Army Bhanderi, its collective of artists, or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of our website, our 3D printed articles, our art pieces, or our classes.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of use, data, physical injury, allergic reactions to materials (such as paints, crochet yarns, or 3D printing resins/plastics), or any other intangible losses. You explicitly agree that your use of this site and our physical products is at your sole risk. Neither Kalaadhara nor Army Bhanderi shall be held legally or financially responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the mishandling, ingestion, or misuse of any art pieces or 3D printed articles provided.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kalaadhara, Army Bhanderi, and our affiliates, partners, and artists from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Kalaadhara and you for any purpose concerning these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Surat, Gujarat, India.
