Return & Cancellation

General Policy

Due to the highly bespoke, handcrafted, and precisely engineered nature of our products—including Custom Oil Paintings, Tanjore Gold Paintings, Crochet Fashion, and professional 3D Printed Articles—all sales made through Kalaadhara are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Because 3D printed items are fabricated on-demand to your specifications and our artworks are handcrafted, they cannot be resold. Please review all dimensions, material specifications, and design proofs carefully before confirming your order.

2. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it immediately enters our production or printing queue. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. Kalaadhara and Army Bhanderi hold no liability to refund any portion of an order that a customer attempts to cancel post-payment.

3. Damages During Transit

While we take utmost care in packaging our art pieces and delicate 3D prints, Kalaadhara shall not be held liable for any damages, breakages, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or logistics partners. Any claims for transit damage must be directed to the respective courier service.

4. Dispute Resolution

By making a purchase, you agree to this strict No-Refund policy, in compliance with standard exceptions under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for personalized and made-to-order goods. Any disputes arising out of purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat. Kalaadhara reserves the absolute right to refuse service or reject orders at our sole discretion.
